*If you would like to attend the WVASPA Fall Conference, but have financial issues with the registration cost, please contact Andrew Lewis. WVASPA may offer limited registration waivers; the waiver, however, may only be awarded after a review of a statement of need and letter of financial support from the higher education institution for the remainder of the travel.
No refunds will be issued for registration. In case of emergencies, registration can be transferred to another person. To book your hotel room please call (866) 562-8054 and indicate that you are booking under the West Virginia Student Personnel Administrator's block book. Booking your room through the Glade Springs Resort will not qualify for the special rate. |
