Building A Strengths Based CampusHow can education leaders like you increase the value of the college experience for students?
Over 600 campuses are using a strategic approach to help students discover the way they naturally think, feel, and behave, developing their unique talents into strengths, and supporting students as they apply their strengths to their experiences on campus to succeed academically, personally, and professionally. These efforts are also being shown to positively impact retention, graduation, and alumni relations. You can use the CliftonStrengths assessment to transform the way your students experience college too! The research and resources from Gallup were designed specifically with higher education in mind. Join us for an interactive and reflective session to discover your talents, explore ideas to apply a strengths-based approach on your campus, and gain helpful tools and resources to develop engaged and thriving students. This limited pre-conference program is available for the first 25 people who register. Through Building A Strengths Based Campus, you will receive a one-time use only code prior to the program to complete the CliftonStrengths Assessment. You will also get access to the CliftonStrengths for Students online platform which includes videos, books, resources, activities, research, and more! Kick off the 2018 WVASPA-WVTRIO Fall Conference on Tuesday, November 6th from 6PM-8PM with Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, Kelli Jo McNemar. With similar programs scheduled at NASPA each year, we are pleased to be able to offer this pre-conference session through a partnership with Kelli Jo. As the owner of KJMCollaborations, she works with leaders to increase engagement, develop meaningful partnerships, and create solutions. *Completion of the CliftonStrengths assessment prior to the session is required as you will need to bring your personalized Strengths Insight Report for use during the program. **Note: if you have already completed the CliftonStrengths Assessment, please do not re-take it.
