About the conference: The WVASPA annual conference is a 2 1/2 day event held each June. Student affairs practitioners from public and private colleges (both four and two year) from the state attend. Average conference attendance is 60-100 participants. Participants range from new professionals, mid-level managers and senior student affairs officers. Individuals serve in a wide variety of roles including but not limited to: residence life, student activities/programming, fraternity and sorority life, first year experience, academic advising, career services, student support services, counseling, wellness, admissions, disability services, and more.

- allowed five minutes of speaking time at the beginning of the dinner to promote your organization and an educational session (open to all participates and typically 60 minutes) to showcase your organization
